Front Desk / Administrative Assistant – Title Company
Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Summary:
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Front Desk / Administrative Assistant to support our busy title company. This position plays a key role in the closing process by managing front office responsibilities while assisting with file setup, client communication, and transaction coordination. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, customer-focused, and able to handle a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage multiple phone lines, taking clear and detailed messages for escrow officers
- Greet clients, realtors, and lenders in a professional and friendly manner; assist with seating for closings
- Schedule closings and appointments, coordinating with clients, realtors, and lenders
- Receive and receipt earnest money contracts and checks from clients and realtors
- Enter new contracts and file information into the title/escrow system accurately and promptly
- Prepare and organize files for processing, ensuring all required documentation is initiated
- Request necessary documents and information from clients, lenders, and realtors
- Scan, copy, and upload documents into electronic files
- Send documents and correspondence via email to clients, lenders, and realtors
- Assist with disbursements by delivering and mailing checks when needed
- Maintain and stock office supplies and ensure front office organization
- Assist with marketing efforts and manage social media updates

Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in a title company, real estate, or escrow environment is a plus.
- Clerical or administrative experience preferred
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
