What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parking Lot Monitor / Attendant position at San Jacinto Riverfront RV Resort?
San Jacinto Riverfront RV Resort is seeking "Parking Lot Monitors" or Attendants who are able to pay close attention to detail, is self motivated, can work with little supervision, is prompt and on-time, is a good problem-solver, is a people person, possess good verbal and written communication skills, and is thorough and accurate.
Shifts include nights and weekends. To be considered for this job, you must be living in or near our region, possess a valid drivers' license and reliable form of transportation, have a flexible schedule, is proficient in English, have a clean criminal history, and be able to pass a drug test.
Job responsibilities:
- Monitoring SJ Resort lots and properties on foot or via vehicle
- Monitoring security surveillance cameras
- Greeting guests coming through the gate
- Checking and documenting each site or lot for non-compliance of our rules or policies
- Ensuring that every visitor signs in and is indeed visiting a current tenant at the resort
- Calling in tows to towing dispatchers when necessary
- Observing and reporting suspicious activities that seem outside of normal business operations
- Helping customers with late check-ins and check-outs
- Making sure customers are parked in their correct sites
- Keeping other resort employees (like front desk clerks, housekeepers, and security staff) updated on nightly operations and happenings
- Assist the front desk when they are short staffed

Wage offered is $9.00/hr. We do offer annual vacation packages for full-time employees who have worked for at least a year. We also offer performance-based bonuses.
