Faculty are assigned to teach courses using online delivery methods based on the teaching area and the needs of students and the College. All San Jac Online faculty should reside in the state of Texas.

Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or above in Business or related field.
- Minimum of at least 3 years full-time work experience (excluding teaching) in Business Technology.
- Prior experience in teaching in higher education in an online format.
