San Francisco Style Sourdough Eatery is a Premium Deli that service Sandwiches on Warm Sourdough Bread with over 20 different sandwiches to choose from. We also have Gourmet Salads with homemade Sourdough Croutons and hot soups everyday.
This is a entry level job, we will train you. Energic friendly personality can get you GOOD tips One thing.... You must be 18 years old in accordance with Federal Law to operate a Meat Slicer, sadly not my 's the governments. Must be 18 for Opener and/or Closer position.
Friendly Customer Service, Smiling Face and Upbeat Personality, able to stand 6-8 hours at a time and multi tasking helpful. Have a willingness to learn and complete tasks as instructed. We will work around school schedule, flexible hours.
Some Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, handling cash transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sandwiches according to company standards, including food handling and sanitation practices.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and cash handling accurately.
- Upsell products to increase sales and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning dining area restocking supplies. Sweeping / moping .
- Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment Preferred
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Ability to work efficiently in a team setting and independently
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.50 per hour
