What You’ll Do:
- Deliver gracious, efficient, and professional service that leaves a lasting impression on all guests.
- Enthusiastically present our menus, bringing dishes, cocktails, and wines to life with engaging explanations.
- Anticipate guest needs with keen insight and respond promptly to ensure an unforgettable dining experience.
- Collaborate harmoniously with staff to guarantee the accurate and timely delivery of every order.
- Uphold an immaculate standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Process payments with precision and ensure that all transactions are handled securely and effortlessly.

- Share your expertise about Latin American ingredients, regions, and culinary traditions with passion and knowledge.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an upscale or fine dining environment (Latin American or international cuisine a plus).- Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service that aligns with fine dining standards.
- Confidently recommend premium food, wine, and cocktail selections to elevate the guest experience.
Use menu knowledge to suggest pairings and enhancements (e.g., specialty sides, top-shelf spirits, featured wines). - Engage with guests to identify preferences and tailor suggestions that drive satisfaction.
- Monitor tables proactively to anticipate guest needs.
- Collaborate with the bar and operations to ensure seamless, timely service.
- Accurately handle payments, maintain composure under pressure, and support smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold presentation standards at all times.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of wine and cocktail service preferred.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Spanish/English bilingual a plus.
