We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team and deliver an exceptional guest experience behind the bar.
Position Summary
As a Bartender, you will craft exquisite cocktails, serve premium wines and spirits, and provide attentive, personalized service to every guest. You’ll embody the art of hospitality, combining product knowledge, precision, and passion to enhance each guest’s dining experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails with accuracy, flair, and consistency.
- Engage with guests in a professional and welcoming manner, offering recommendations and sharing knowledge of Latin American spirits and flavors.
- Maintain the highest standards of bar cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
- Ensure all drink recipes, portion sizes, and garnishing standards are followed.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed.
- Process guest orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
- Comply with all Michigan liquor laws and responsible service regulations.
- Collaborate with the Lead Mixologist and service team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Support restaurant events, tastings, and special promotions as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in an upscale or fine-dining establishment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits particularly Latin American varieties.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Professional, polished appearance and a passion for hospitality.
- Must be 21 years or older and legally permitted to serve alcohol in Michigan.
- TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred.
