Position Summary:
The Manager, Suite Activation is responsible for managing all aspects of the suite partner experience, including day-to-day relationship management, benefit fulfillment, and outbound engagement, while providing guidance to team representatives to drive partner satisfaction and support suite lease renewals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Acts as first point of contact for NetApp Owner’s suite partners. Responds to phone and email requests.
- Collects outstanding NetApp Owner’s suite level payments.
- Tracks NetApp Owner’s suite partner contractual obligations and benefit redemptions in CRM.
- Tracks all suite partner communication in CRM.
- Manages game day benefits for suite partners using the Gameday Benefits Suite Portal.
- Assists with outbound campaigns to keep suite partners engaged including season recaps, collections, surveys, gifting and event attendance confirmation.
- Maintains year-round relationships with suite partners, including 1:1 offseason touchpoints.
- Supports planning of all contractually obligated off-season events for suite partners.
- Assists in suite contract extensions.
- Drafts and coordinates email communication.
- Supports the fulfillment of custom branding across all suites.
- Provides guidance and day-to-day support to representatives.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- 5-7 years’ relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Archtics, CRM, and Google Workspace strongly desired.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience in hospitality required.

Travel:
10% of local travel time expected for this position.
