About the Role:

We are seeking a California-licensed PLS with a minimum of 5 years of experience to serve as a Project Manager in our Survey Department. You’ll work closely with our Survey Manager and field teams on diverse land development and municipal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a variety of surveying projects
• Schedule office and survey crews
• Coordinate with Clients and survey staff
• Oversee preparation of boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys
• Draft plats, legal descriptions, subdivision/parcel maps, and Records of Survey
• Support and guide field survey teams
• Provide QA/QC on survey documents
• Collaborate with civil engineering and planning departments
• Assist in proposal preparation for new project opportunities

• Leica Data Collector and GPS
