We are seeking an accomplished New Home Sales Representative to join our luxury residential community.
This role is integral to driving sales performance, executing strategic on-site sales initiatives, and elevating the Trevi Hills brand through a disciplined, relationship-driven sales approach. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional buyer experience while successfully marketing and selling our premium homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site New Home Sales Representative, managing daily sales activity and acting as the primary point of contact during designated office hours.
- Drive sales performance through a disciplined, relationship-driven sales approach, including appointment setting, consistent follow-up, and lead conversion.
- Conduct weekly broker outreach, including in-person market visits, calls, and follow-up to build brand awareness and generate broker referrals.
- Conduct by-weekly Competition Shops.
- Perform in-person BTB visits to strengthen broker relationships, increase market visibility, and support organic lead generation efforts.
- Maintain expert use of the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, task completion, follow-up accountability, and reporting.
- Complete in-depth daily traffic reports, documenting all visits, conversations, follow-up actions, and prospect status.
- Participate in weekly sales and escrow meetings, tracking active escrows, timelines, contingencies, and lender progress.
- Coordinate with lenders to ensure buyers are fully vetted, pre-qualified or approved, and positioned for a successful closing.
- Collaborate closely with project management, marketing, and leadership to support sales initiatives, construction updates, and on-site operations.
- Report directly to the Sales Director, providing regular updates on traffic, sales activity, broker outreach, escrow status, and pipeline health.
- Participate in and complete all required in-house training, onboarding, and continuing education.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly sales training and team meetings.
- Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations, company policies, and on-site sales procedures.
Requirements
- Active California Real Estate License in good standing.
- Proven experience in new construction or on-site residential sales, preferably representing a builder or developer.
- Strong understanding of the new-home sales process, including buyer qualification, escrow timelines, and lender coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to execute a structured sales process, manage daily follow-up, and convert traffic into sales.
- Proficiency with CRM systems for lead management, follow-up tracking, and reporting.
- Experience with broker-to-broker (BTB) outreach, including relationship building and referral development.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present the community to brokers and industry partners.
- Excellent in-person, business-to-business communication skills, with a professional, polished presence.
- Solid understanding of luxury home buyers and elevated service expectations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently on-site while collaborating effectively with sales leadership, marketing, and project management teams.
- Willingness to complete required in-house training and participate in ongoing sales training and weekly team meetings.
