Learn more about us at https://learn4life.org/ How You Will Make an Impact The Student Relations Technician Creates and maintains files related to the management of student records, data input, reconciliation, correspondence and public contact. Will communicate with students and/or parents in appropriate areas of student information, progress, or concerns. Performs a variety of complex and specialized activities related to student records and all compliance issues related to Average Daily Attendance (ADA) and State educational mandates. The JAG Specialist will establish a positive and ongoing supportive relationship with students, families, principals, administrators and school faculty to support students in the JAG MultiYear Program.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in social service, counseling, business, education or two years equivalent work experience demonstrating applicable skills in a relevant industry or discipline. Equivalent experience is included in and not separate from total years of professional experience required. Experience working with students and a knowledge of child development issues. Experience in secondary and/or postsecondary education settings. Experience in educational, workforce development, or youth services settings. Skills in people services, leadership, supervision, and motivational techniques. Proficient Level of skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to travel in performance of job, duties is required.
