Position Summary
Hours: Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm
The Manufacturing Associate is an entry-level position responsible for supporting the production and
assembly of tradeshow exhibits and related products. This role performs hands-on assembly, fabrication,
equipment operation, and general manufacturing tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Assemble tradeshow display components and related products.
Perform basic fabrication and finishing tasks.
Operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools safely.
Read and follow work instructions and production drawings.
Inspect work for quality and accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Assist with general manufacturing, material handling, and other production duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Fabrication experience and/or trade school education encouraged.
Ability to safely use hand tools and manufacturing equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Compensation
Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour (entry level)
Full-time position with opportunities for advancement.
Pay: $19.00 per hour
