Responsibilities:
- Oversee front of house operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service
- Greet, seat, and serve guests while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Train, coach, and supervise front of house staff including hosts, servers, and bussers
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and table turnover to maximize guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with opening and closing duties, cash handling, and daily reporting
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service flow
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or lead server role
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Experience with Toast POS systems and basic cash handling procedures
- Food Handler's Certification or RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
