Wonderful family in Rancho Santa Fe desires Full-time Professional Nanny/Mother's Helper for their 3 children
Wonderful Family in Rancho Santa Fe area is looking for a proactive Nanny/Mother's Helper to help with their 8 month old, 2 year old and 4 year old! Mostly help with the baby while other children at school during the day. At least 5 Years Experience as a Nanny for infants. Someone mature and maybe has grown children of their own. Preference is given to applicants with extensive infant care and infant and toddler experience. Prior Preschool Teacher is a plus! Montessori trained is great. Help mom with learning activities, speech, sensory play, milestones, tummy time, milestones, and baby bottles/diapers. They have a toddler that goes to Daycare.
Full-Time Nanny Duties:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm - Help with infant and toddler and 4 year old on some days after school
- Pay: $30-$35/hour
- Must be able to help with infant/toddler age children - understanding sensory play, bottle feeding, diapers, milestones, age appropriate activities, learning through play, arts and crafts, activities, fun outdoor play, and taking baby to park. Baby Sign language a plus!
- Must help with Sensory Brain Development and play interaction for infant/toddler ages. Singing and reading, engaging with children. Take baby on walks and to parks.
- Montessori trained or worked in Preschools/Daycares is a plus!
- Light tidying, cleaning, laundry, and dishes.
- Degree in Childhood Development and/or Education is a preferred.
- CPR Certified
Many Newborn/Toddler care specialists function as parent educators, teaching parenting proper and accepted baby care techniques. Newborn care specialists typically are responsible for all the tasks related to the baby’s care, including bottle preparation (if needed), light meals, baby laundry and nursery organization.
