San Diego Mission Bay Resort is a sprawling 357-room resort, boasting multiple dining options, a beautiful renovated pool, a kids pool, astonishing Bay views, fire pits and so much more. We are excited to welcome a new Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to our Mission Bay Family.
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager must be a highly motivated individual with leadership experience in the Food & Beverage industry. This position will assist the F&B Management team in the daily oversight of the outlets. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will ensure all F&B team members are exceeding guest and club member expectations from strategic revenue and service initiatives in compliance with Noble House Hotels and Resorts.

Requirements
To be successful in the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager position, you will be required to:
  • Efficiently manage day-to-day operations of the restaurants.
  • Create and assist with schedules of all food & beverage outlets to increase profitability.
  • Work with chefs and outlet managers/supervisors to design mouth-watering menus catering to specific customer markets.
  • Monitor food, beverage and labor costs of each sub-department.
  • Assist in F&B training programs, including alcohol awareness and proper food handling.
  • Ensuring the resort’s service and food standards are met every day resulting in exceptional Guest Satisfaction.
  • Leading, selecting, coaching, teaching, developing, and mentoring our talented Outlets Teams.
  • Maximizing the resort’s profitability by utilizing financial tools and strategies to improve department revenues and control departmental expenses and productivity.
