Responsibilities
- Manage an active caseload from intake through resolution.
- Take and defend depositions, draft discovery, and participate in hearings.
- Second-chair trials and assist senior attorneys in all phases of litigation.
- Work directly with clients to deliver exceptional service and results.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active California Bar License.
- 0–3 years of litigation experience (personal injury or employment law preferred).
- Strong oral advocacy, case management, legal research, and communication skills.
