Scheduler
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the effective and efficient scheduling of clinician visits to patient homes
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use database (HCHB) to create weekly clinician schedules with patients
- Provide administrative support including word processing and typing, composing and proofreading correspondence, indexing and filing documents
- Answer inquiries and take concise phone messages
- Compile information and type reports from data and existing records
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of one year of administrative experience in a professional office environment preferred
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB PointCare) EMR experience preferred
- Home Health scheduling experience
