What are the responsibilities and job description for the Online Customer Service Specialist position at San Diego Hardware Company?
This is an in-person position for an online customer service specialist for decorative cabinet and door hardware. You would be working with homeowners, interior designers, contractors, and architects to educate them about our products, help them with their orders, and more. Applicants must be detail-oriented, good communicators, and have strong writing and typing skills. An interest in interior design is also a plus! We will provide you with on-the-job training.
