Duties And Responsibilities
- Supervises daily operations of workers’ compensation case management team.
- Assigns cases and monitors workload distribution among staff.
- Ensures compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provides coaching and performance feedback to team members.
- Reviews routine claims for accuracy and timely processing.
- Coordinates training for new hires on standard procedures.
- Communicates operational updates to management and stakeholders.
- Addresses escalated employee concerns regarding claims.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Salary : $92,000 - $146,000
