Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Landscaper located in San Diego, CA. The Landscaper will be responsible for performing daily landscaping activities such as gardening, landscape maintenance, irrigation system installation and repair, and contributing to the design and layout of outdoor spaces. Additional responsibilities may include ensuring proper care of tools and materials, and working closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Landscape Maintenance and basic Gardening techniques
- Experience with Irrigation systems, including installation and maintenance
- Skills in Landscape Design and implementing landscaping plans
- Physical ability to perform outdoor manual labor in varying weather conditions
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of pest control and sustainable landscaping practices is a plus
- Previous experience in landscaping or related fields preferred
