Position Summary
The position of ATM/Visa Representative I is established to guarantee the accurate and timely processing of all Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and VISA transactions and inquires, to include PIN, signature debit and signature credit transactions. Investigate process and complete all ATM, credit and debit fraud claims. Maintain quality service standards set by the organization.

Required Work Schedule
Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am-6:15pm
Saturday: 8:30am-4:15pm
Additional Schedule Details: Saturday schedule is rotational 1-2 times a month with another weekday off, depending on dep needs. Friday late shift is rotational with work schedule hours from 9:15am to 6:15pm. Rotation occurs 1-2 times a month depending on department needs.
Full Time - 40 hours a week

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of relevant finance or banking experience, call center experience may be considered; or 6 months of SDCCU member facing work experience.
- Comfortable communicating and multitasking with internal employees over the phone in a call center-like environment.
- VISA & ATM knowledge preferred.
- Effective communications skills with the ability to communicate clearly with all groups of people.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic mathematics and accounting principles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures.
- Research and resolve ATM transaction exceptions and problems through the use of the Symitar, Imaging, and STAR/COOP applications.
- Process Visa disputes/fraud utilizing Visa’s online application (VROL).
- Research member ATM/Visa disputes/fraud
- Process daily VISA and ATM reports.
- Input STAR/CO-OP adjustments online.
- Maintain and assist Instant Issue users through the Card Wizard application.
- Assist staff and members with all ATM and VISA related inquires via phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Analyze and communicate information relating to ATM/VISA fraud.
- Process ATM/POS disputes through STAR/COOP applications.
- Post and balance general ledger transactions.
- Perform VISA account file maintenance and transfers.
- Participate in AML/BSA compliance training as assigned. Adhere to credit union AML/BSA policy and procedures including CTR rules and form preparation, identify and refer suspicious activity to the Compliance Department, perform OFAC comparisons, and properly identify individuals in accordance with Branch Operations procedures.
