Job Title: Weekend Caregiver – Supported Living
Pay: $17.50/18.00 per hour

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable and dedicated, one-on-one support to teach clients in their homes or in the community located in the El Cajon/East County area. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, fostering independence, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Support meal planning and preparation, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable home.
• Offer companionship, social engagement, and emotional support.
• Administer medication reminders as needed.
• Document and communicate any changes in the client’s condition to the appropriate parties.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous caregiving or direct care experience highly desirable.
• Experience with Hoyer lifts and changing incontinence briefs preferred.
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate nature.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
