In line with our mission and goals, we are currently seeking a highly motivated, mission-driven BCBA Case Supervisor to design, develop, and implement an Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) program for clients with autism and related developmental disabilities. This position requires an enthusiastic and professional approach to relationship building and the ability to complete all tasks with passion and innovation.


Morning hours with school cases and clinic cases available.

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year


Responsibilities

  • Designs, implements, and maintains ABA programs for clients with autism and related developmental disabilities
  • Provides direct services via NET, PRT, DTT, SST with clients
  • Conducts assessments regarding clients' overall performance, data analysis, and functional analysis
  • Reports summaries of clients’ progress and treatment planning on a regular basis in client management system
  • Provides parent behavioral training, RBT management, and support/fidelity checks
  • Provides and maintains clients' intakes and contract management
  • Is responsive to the needs and direction of clients and their families
  • Supervises ongoing ABA programs, assesses performance, and implements changes/adjustments as needed
  • Monitors ABA programs to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local Codes and funding source audit requirements
  • Oversees and supervises Behavioral Therapists

Qualifications

  • Display excellent clinical competence and judgment, with a high level of knowledge about treatment protocols and modalities
  • Master's Degree required
  • Must have BCBA Certification (in good standing)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with clients, their families, and other caregivers
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to work independently, self-motivated, and driven to make a difference
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, and strong customer service skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Access to reliable transportation and willingness to work at multiple locations (clients' homes, school sites, or other job sites)
  • Keen sensitivity to and respect for staff, client, and organizational confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management systems
  • Willingness to work weekends and/or overtime when needed
