Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Restocker/Cleaner to maintain store cleanliness, ensure products are fully stocked, and provide a welcoming environment for customers. This role is essential to daily operations and requires attention to detail, consistency, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Restock cooler items and ensure all store products are properly stocked, organized, and front-faced
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items
- Prepare and maintain fresh coffee throughout shifts
- Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly to ensure a high standard of hygiene
- Clean fuel pumps, surrounding areas, and parking lot as needed
- Maintain overall store cleanliness, including floors, counters, and high-touch surfaces
- Remove graffiti from store property and report any damage or repeat issues
- Dispose of trash and keep waste areas clean and organized
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Ability to lift and move products as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Willingness to perform both indoor and outdoor cleaning duties
Preferred Qualities:
- Previous experience in retail, stocking, or cleaning is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment
Work Environment:
This position involves both indoor and outdoor work, including exposure to varying weather conditions.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.75 per hour
