About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist who can confidently take ownership of the accounts receivable function. This is a fully remote role, but you’ll work closely with our finance and operations teams to keep everything running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing financial processes independently.

About The Role

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the full accounts receivable process including billing, collections, and payment tracking
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up to ensure timely payments
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare reports such as aging summaries and cash flow insights
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Work with internal teams to resolve billing questions quickly
- Identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency
- At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes
- Experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar
- Solid Excel skills and comfort working with data
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
