The Superior Court of California, County of San Bernardino, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our Labor and Employee Relations team.
In this role, you will support the Court's labor and employee relations programs, including contract negotiations, meet-and-confer processes, contract interpretation, grievance administration, and responses to union information requests. You will partner closely with Court leadership, employees, and labor representatives to help foster productive labor-management relationships and support a positive workplace culture.
