Join our team as a Mobile Service Technician!
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our service department and represent our dealership while on the road. This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys working independently, interacting with customers, and delivering high-quality service directly at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer locations throughout the day using a company-provided service vehicle
- Perform routine maintenance services, including:
- Oil changes
- Tire rotations
- Multi-point inspections
- Complete recall work and other assigned repairs within skill level and certification requirements
- Document all services performed accurately and timely in accordance with dealership and manufacturer guidelines
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Ensure the service vehicle is stocked, organized, and maintained at all times
Qualifications:
- Prior automotive technician experience required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift, move, and handle equipment/parts as required
- OEM certifications a plus!
