Receptionist/Operations Assistant 

We are actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Receptionist/Operations Assistant to join our growing team at our main office!

The Receptionist/ Operations Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day functions of the organization by handling various administrative and operational duties. This position involves welcoming visitors, managing both incoming and outgoing communications and phone calls, and coordinating multiple tasks at once, all of which require strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel or locations
2. Handling all phone calls, messages, and correspondence promptly and professionally.
3. Sorting and distributing mail to ensure timely communication within the organization
4. Managing and resolving account-related issues for various operational services
5. Providing support for account-related projects and initiatives to help ensure operational standards are met.
6. Conducting research, compiling, and analyzing data for special projects and reports as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

To be eligible for this position, applicants should meet the following requirements:

1. Have one to three years of experience providing administrative support.
2. Possess proficient typing and data entry skills.
3. Be skilled in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Excel.
4. Show initiative and flexibility while contributing positively as a team member.
5. Exhibit outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
6. Capably handle multiple projects at once in a productive way.
7. Maintain strong organizational skills and adjust well to new situations.
8. Be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
