What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and smallwares.

• Troubleshoot and repair restaurant equipment, including fryers, ovens, walk-in coolers/freezers, POS hardware, and beverage systems.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from restaurant managers and prioritize urgent repairs.

• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify safety hazards, code compliance issues, and repair needs.

• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are required.

• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and service records for all locations.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.

• Assist with new restaurant openings, remodels, and equipment installations.

• Manage parts inventory and order necessary supplies within budget guidelines.

• Support multiple locations within the assigned region as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of maintenance experience (restaurant or commercial preferred)

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems

• EPA certification (preferred but not required)

• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends if needed

• Valid driver’s license 

• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
