We are looking for a hands-on Corporate Recruiter-Restaurant Operations to lead recruiting efforts across our Texas restaurants for Wingstop and Pizza Patrón. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about hiring quality talent—not just filling positions.
You’ll work closely with operations leaders and restaurant managers to build strong teams that drive performance and culture across the market.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage the full hiring lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer generation, and onboarding.
- Recruit for Restaurant Managers, across the Texas market.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality hires and cultural fit, not just filling open roles.
Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Proactively source candidates using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and other recruiting channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future openings.
- Review and screen high volumes of resumes within the Applicant Tracking System.
Hiring Manager Partnership
- Partner closely with Area Coaches, Operations Leaders, and Restaurant Managers to understand hiring needs and staffing forecasts.
- Provide guidance on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and hiring best practices.
- Maintain consistent weekly communication with operations teams regarding hiring needs and recruiting progress.
Candidate Screening & Assessment
- Conduct competency-based phone interviews and candidate evaluations.
- Assess candidates for culture fit, leadership potential, technical ability, and operational readiness.
Offer Management & Onboarding
- Present compensation packages including salary, bonuses, and benefits when applicable.
- Ensure candidates successfully complete onboarding steps including background checks, testing, and drug screening onboarding documentation
- Monitor onboarding progress and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Recruitment Strategy
- Assist restaurant managers with hiring strategies to support store-level staffing needs.
- Assist with in Market Job Fairs at the restaurants
- Continuously evaluate recruiting processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and hiring quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment (restaurant or hospitality industry preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive and highly responsive communication style.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Experience sourcing candidates using major job boards and networking platforms.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements

Salary : $45,000 - $52,000
