Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Estimator located in San Antonio, TX. The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Principal responsibilities include preparing budget estimates, reviewing project specifications to accurately estimate material and labor costs, assisting in project bidding processes, and communicating findings with team members and clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Cost Management, Budgeting, and understanding financial aspects of projects
- Hands-on experience in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation methodologies
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and proficiency in estimating software
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with local building regulations and construction industry standards is a plus
