The Position
We’re looking for a Full-Time Team Member to help us deliver an outstanding patient experience.
Office Hours You’ll Love:
- No weekends or evenings
- Half days on Fridays
- Extended weekends—hello work-life balance!
What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and provide top-notch customer service
- Schedule appointments, answer phones, and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify insurance and process billing
- Edge lenses, work in office lab
- Perform pre-testing and assist during exams
- Educate patients on eyewear and contact lens use
- Help patients select frames that fit their style and needs
- Keep our office clean, organized, and inviting
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
