Job Summary
The Ready Relief Position at SA Express- News is an opportunity for self motivated individuals passionate about customer satisfaction. This role requires a versatile candidate who can adapt to various tasks, including Delivery, locating hard to find addresses, and learning new areas. The ideal candidate will contribute to the production of high-quality customer service while maintaining the standards of accuracy and integrity that our audience expects.

• Hours are 12:30am - 7am or whenever assigned routes are finished for the day
• 2 days off per week
• Pay is Direct Deposit every Friday
• Deliver 2 - 3 routes daily
• Routes could be anywhere in the city; routes outside of SA city limits get extra gas $ when needed there ( this is rarely)
• Collaborate with team members on various projects, ensuring timely delivery of product.
• Delivery deadlines are 7am Everyday
• Assist in customer delivery issues in order to have best possible customer service (porch deliveries, apartments, nursing homes)
• Most of our customer base is Elderly and may require special delivery instructions
• Must be able to multi- task and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Needs to have the ability to drive while following the rules of the road.

Must Haves:

• Drivers License
• Proof of Auto Insurance
• Reliable Transportation
• Direct Deposit from bank with physical locations for verification
• Desire to give great customer service

Delivery Experience is a plus but not required; we are able to train.
