San Antonio Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service department. We are seeking a motivated professional who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional service experience in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Compensation: $60,000–$120,000 annually, based on experience, performance, customer satisfaction, and other qualifying factors.

CDJR dealership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle inspections
• Prepare repair estimates and explain recommendations clearly
• Coordinate repairs with technicians and monitor repair progress
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Maintain accurate repair orders while ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience required
• CDJR dealership experience preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Professional attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Valid driver's license required
