Position Summary:
Samyak Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant II to provide administrative and operational support to the CDC Division of Diabetes Translation (DDT). The successful candidate will support day-to-day program activities, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, records management, procurement support, timekeeping, onboarding activities, and office operations.
Samyak Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant II to provide administrative and operational support to the CDC Division of Diabetes Translation (DDT). The successful candidate will support day-to-day program activities, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, records management, procurement support, timekeeping, onboarding activities, and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain records, databases, filing systems, and project documentation.
- Support time and attendance processing and personnel actions.
- Coordinate procurement requests, office supplies, and property management.
- Provide onboarding and administrative support for staff.
- Utilize systems such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Concur, and other administrative tools.
- Provide cross-functional support and serve as a backup to other team members as needed.
- Perform additional duties assigned by CDC leadership or company management in support of program operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least one year of related administrative experience, or High School diploma/GED with ten years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with federal administrative systems (e.g., Concur, SharePoint, ICE) preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
