Food Truck Crew Member - Sushi Training Provided
We're a growing Japanese food truck looking for a motivated, reliable crew member ready to learn and grow. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, attention to details, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Previous sushi or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
Schedule & Hours:
- Wednesday–Saturday afternoon/evening PM shifts
- 15–20 hours per week
- Part-time with potential for full-time during peak season
Pay:
- $15–$20/HR based on experience
- Plus tips
Responsibilities:
- Food prep and customer service
- Sushi preparation (training provided)
- Cooking with stove top and fryer
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Supporting daily food truck operations
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
