Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and manage seating arrangements in a courteous manner
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently at the cashier station
- Maintain clean and organized host station
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and special requests
- Assist with guest relations to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers regarding guest needs and seating flow
- Uphold restaurant policies, including phone etiquette and guest interaction standards
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Prior host/host experience or food service background preferred
- Experience with POS systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in restaurant, especially know packed the orders.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
