Host / Cashier

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Host / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. Your primary responsibilities include managing reservations, greeting guests, and handling transactions efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and experience in food service. Duties

• Welcome guests warmly and manage seating arrangements in a courteous manner
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently at the cashier station
• Maintain clean and organized host station
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and special requests
• Assist with guest relations to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers regarding guest needs and seating flow
• Uphold restaurant policies, including phone etiquette and guest interaction standards
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Prior host/host experience or food service background preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations
• Experience with POS systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in restaurant, especially know packed the orders.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
