Samuel Miller is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team!
Samuel Miller is a Springpoint Senior Living affordable housing community, located in Mount Holly, NJ. We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. At Springpoint, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall daily operations and upkeep of the community in the areas of maintenance, grounds, safety, and security.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct the maintenance of the facility and grounds.
- Develop and maintain written policies and procedures for each area. Standardize methods in which tasks will be performed.
- Direct the overall operation in accordance with Federal, State and Local standards, guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the common areas of the building (not limited to vacuum, sweep, mop floors, clean doors, window/glass, vents and light fixtures).
- Must pay particular attention to detail
- Respond to tenant's request for service
- To remove and dispose of all trash and recyclables as per the established schedule.
Education and Experience:
- High school Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years maintenance experience
- Supervisory experience preferred

Pay Range: $21-$22
Shift: M-F, 8am-2:30pm
