Position Summary
Manages inbound logistics and develops KPI for the team to support the Purchase Team goals. Responsible for Goods Received without delays, and inventory tracking through the system aligns with physical stock. Ensure goods are issued on time to the production line based on requirements.

Manages inbound logistics and develops KPI for the team to support the Purchase Team goals. Responsible for Goods Received without delays, and inventory tracking through the system aligns with physical stock. Ensure goods are issued on time to the production line based on requirements.
Role And Responsibilities
- Ensures on time GR and Clearing the Container
- Releases material to the production line based on the GI generated by the system
- Manages the inventory between the sytem and physical stock with zero discrepencency
- Improves the efficiency of material management tasks
- Reviews the KPI with the team on regular basis and support the team to achieve the year goal
- Monitors the man power requirement and request for addtional manpower if required
- Works with Logistics to ensure the material required is delivered on time to MM area
- Works with customs team to ensure all policies are followed
- Perform EHS chemical training to new hires and ensure compliance by conducting yearly refresher trainings for team.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply chain management / Business Administration / Logistics / International Trade
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in Logistics and Material Management is required
- Skills: Problem Solving, Collaboration, Decision Making, working in a Global Environment, Coaching and mentoring the Team member, Reviewing the KPI of team and helping them to achieve the same
