At Samsung Hospitality America, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you’re a recent graduate or about to graduate, we encourage you to apply!

• Identify and secure new clients in corporate business travel and Meetings & Events.
• Manage and support Meetings & Events for corporate clients, including itinerary planning and event execution.
• Oversee end-to-end operations: client/vendor contracts, rooming arrangements, on-site support, and final reconciliation.
• Coordinate relocation services, ensuring seamless accommodation and ground transportation.
• Handle monthly settlements for Meetings & Events and other services.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual reports on travel programs.
• Provide business visa assistance for international travelers.

• Source and manage contracts with travel-related vendors (airlines, hotels, car rentals).
• Respond to client system-related requests and manage travel platforms and data.

• Eligibility: U.S. citizens or permanent residents only (visa sponsorship not available).
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Excellent organizational skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills; Korean language proficiency is a plus.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Meticulous work ethic—attention to detail is a must!

Experience in the Meetings or hotel industry is a plus but not required; we welcome all eager to learn! Training will be provided.

• Temp-to-Hire: You will be assessed after 3 months based on performance.
