The current base salary range for this role is between $70,480 - $179,090. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.

The role combines data science, metrology expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact solutions for manufacturing productivity and quality.
Role and Responsibilities
Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Daily monitoring of Virtual Metrology inline trends, troubleshoot daily issues and provide reports with detailed analysis with resolution.
- Develop and optimize Virtual Metrology recipes for Feed-Forward and Feedback APC's (Advanced Process Control).
- Review and optimize Virtual Metrology recipes for process monitoring and prediction.
- Data Analysis (Statistics, Design of Experiments - DOE)
- Knowledge of Metrology measurement techniques (THK, CON, OCD, CD, VM, IM).
- Participate in cross functional team to collaborate for high impact solution.
Skills and Qualifications
Here's what you'll need:
- Bachelor in Engineering, Mathematics, or Systems Analysis. Master preferred.
- Able to prioritize large workloads on a daily basis (Multitasking).
- Experience with FAB automation and reporting systems.
- Experience with Spotfire, JMP or other analytics tools is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point.
