This role is responsible for General Affairs administrative duties but primarily will assist with communications, events/projects, and accounting related duties (NERP & Myfinance).

Role And Responsibilities
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions within the company.
- Collaborate with other departments to support their general affairs needs and initiatives.
- Develop and create morale boosting material and activities for employees.
- Practice accounting principles and learn budget techniques.
- Assist with scheduling interviews for hourly and salary employees
- Ensure applicant tracking system (Workday) and Excel spreadsheets are updated regularly.
- Education: Must be a rising/junior or rising/senior pursuing a four-year degree in Mass Communications, Business, Marketing related business degree.
- Experience: Prior work and/or internship experience in a communications field is ideal, but not required
- Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Canva, and Adobe
- Skills: Microsoft Office
- Physical requirement: All employees for all positions must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 35 lbs.
