The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Strategist to join our growing Sales Marketing team, which sits within the Commercialization org. The right candidate is a skilled storyteller who excels at translating complex data into bold narratives. This individual contributor is a builder and can create impactful and scalable sales materials from initial concept to final delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of CTV and the digital advertising ecosystem.


The Role

Reporting to the Director of Sales Programs and PMO, this role will lead the development of objective-based narratives and creation of sales materials (e.g. presentation decks, one sheets) to bolster sales efforts across NASB (North American Service Business). This role involves developing and executing strategic opportunities to enhance ad product visibility, drive adoption, and achieve revenue goals. A key focus of this role is to create bold new narratives and verticalized pitch playbooks that align with customer needs, ensuring they resonate with target audiences, drive engagement, and deliver measurable results.

This role will be comfortable leading cross-functional projects to develop innovative solutions, enhance the sales toolkit, and ensure consistent excellence across our market presence. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner to our Sales teams, providing tailored resources to meet the diverse needs of our customer base while staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements. As a foundational member of the Sales Marketing team, this role will provide critical input on our GTM strategy and roadmap for the year.

This role is based in-office at Samsung Ads in New York City (1 PENN Plaza). This role is in-office 4 days per week, and going to 5 days per week starting July 2026, consistent with broader Samsung America policies. What you’ll do:

  • Craft the Narrative: Develop high-impact sales narratives, category playbooks, and pitch decks that engage customers and secure business across industry verticals and personas.
  • Drive Sales Enablement: Beyond creating materials, you will lead the strategy for deploying them. You’ll define metrics for success, gather seller feedback, and move quickly to refine our offerings and GTM toolkit.
  • Bridge the Gap: Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Audience Research, Data Insights, Product, and Marketing teams, weaving our technical value propositions into persuasive, easy-to-digest stories.
  • Operational Design: Apply a "startup mentality" to a mature organization. You will proactively identify gaps in our workflow and help design the systems to fix them, facilitating better knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Own the Output: Manage projects from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring excellence across every one-sheet, deck, and strategy session.


Who you are:

  • An Expert Marketer: You have 6 years of experience in B2B marketing or sales development with a heavy focus on digital advertising and CTV.
  • A Master Storyteller: You don’t just present data; you use it to tell a story. You are an expert at using third-party research (e.g. eMarketer, MRI) and first-party insights to build a winning case.
  • A Power User: You have elite PowerPoint skills and the ability to design high-end materials independently.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: You are unphased by complexity. If you see a problem, you take ownership of the solution.
  • Strategically Minded: You understand the full ad sales cycle and have deep empathy for the seller experience, ensuring every resource you create is practical and impactful.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in media planning, B2B marketing, sales development, or similar areas with a strong focus on narrative crafting, packaging, and storytelling for digital advertising.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.


The salary range for this role is expected to be between $155,000 and $185,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
