What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrative Assistant position at Samson Properties?
This is an in-person position. Monday- Friday
The Office Administrator will assist with all administrative aspects of real estate
General Office Responsibilities- This position reports directly to the Office Manager
· Receive and announce agent guests and clients
· Answer incoming calls and requests in a timely fashion
· Keep the office tidy and clean
· Keep the printer stocked with paper and ink supply
· Sort and distribute mail and other items that arrive for the agents from other offices
· Order office supplies as needed
· Attend all Company offered Administrative trainings
Agent Engagement
· Assist Office Manager with new agent onboarding
· Become familiar and comfortable with the Cardinal Nest as well as Samson University
· Train agents as needed to include document management, postcard and flyer creation, etc.
· Assist the Office Manager in rolling out new Company tools, resources and initiatives to agents
· Assist the Office Manger to achieve office goals, recruitment of new agents, retention of current agents and marketing efforts
· Communicate with Office Manager about any days/times they will be out of the office as well as any issues that may arise in the office or with the agents.
· Assist Company staff with onsite or office classes, lunch and learns, or community events
· Promote Cardinal Title Group in the office
· Promote the use of Company resources, tools and staff trainers to help the agents
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
