Job Description: Firearms Accessary Machinists

Full Time: 40-hour work week

Starting Pay: Negotiable

Shifts:

· 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

· 2nd shift, Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM (36 hours paid for 40 hours)

The ideal candidate for a Machine Operator is 1 year of machining experience (not necessary) on HAAS Mills and/or CNC Turning Centers. The Machine Operator’s responsibilities include but are not limited to measuring parts with tolerances, maintaining cycle efficiency, periodic maintenance, deburring parts, checking quality of parts and responsible for some Bridgeport & manual lathe work as needed. Other duties may be required due to production demands.

Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· 1 year machine operator experience

· Mechanically inclined

· Ability to read blueprints.

· Good communication & multitasking skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Team Player

· Willingness to continuously learn and be open to feedback to improve individual performance.

· Make good use of downtime and have a neat and orderly work area.

· Available to work overtime as needed.

Other duties may be required, the ability to lift no more than 50 pounds if necessary.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
