Job Description:
Extraction Operators are expected to operate equipment based on procedures, manage work flow, work independently, maintain great communication and focus on product volume and quality. Operators will report to their respective Shift Leader.
Responsibilities:
- Operate all equipment as needed.
- Clean and maintain all equipment.
- Assist Shift Leader in accomplishing production task and other duties as assigned.
- Daily, weekly and monthly equipment maintenance as assigned.
- General plant duties as required.
Requirements:
- Solid work ethic with good attitude
- Willingness to work shifts (Day Shift: 6am-6pm, Night Shift: 6pm-6am)
- Willingness to work every other weekend
- Willingness to learn
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly during a shift
- Willingness to work outside
