Position HighlightsCompensation & Benefits
- 1099 contract
- LWBS (Left Without Being Seen) performance bonus
- Malpractice coverage with tail
- Shifts: 12-hour day (7A-7P) or night (7P-7A)
- Monthly shifts: 12
- Coverage: 1 day physician, 1 night physician, strong PA support
- Hard sign-out at the end of each shift
- Annual ED volume: ~32,000 (~90-100 patients/day)
- Acuity: Average ESI 3-4
- 22-bed ED with hospitalist and 24/7 radiology coverage
- Air and ground transport support for high-acuity transfers
- On-site specialties: General Surgery, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Primary Care, and Urology
- Independent hospital with physician-led leadership
