What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at SAMPSON BLADEN GROUP MASTER?
We are seeking a motivated, mechanically inclined self-starter, with a strong work ethic to fill a Versatile maintenance position. This person will require a variety of skills and must have the ability to troubleshoot and work through problems that will arise. Duties will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, to include, but not be limited to, repair/maintenance of gasoline dispensers, vacuum/air machines, indoor/outdoor lighting, painting, light plumbing, and all other routine issues associated with maintaining the equipment and facilities associated with the retail convenience store business.
Qualifications:Educational background must include a high school diploma, or equivalent.
3 Years of experience in the Facilities and Maintenance Field, (C-Store experience is a plus).
Must have valid N.C. Driver’s License and a clean driving record
Must have the ability to read and interpret documents/manuals and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and accomplish assigned tasks. Must also be able to work in a safe manor and must be able to repetitively lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 pounds, with frequent bending, stooping and standing.
Salary : $20 - $27
