What You'll Do
Working under the supervision of Residential Services leadership, you will:
- Assist with quality assurance reviews and documentation audits.
- Support compliance monitoring for Medicaid and state regulations.
- Participate in residential visits and provider support activities.
- Help maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Track training requirements, incident reports, and compliance materials.
- Communicate professionally with providers, families, guardians, and team members.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and case discussions.
- Learn residential licensing requirements and agency standards.
- Observe and report health, safety, or compliance concerns.
- Build professional relationships with clients, providers, and community partners.
- Gain limited exposure to direct support services to better understand residential programming.
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and professional standards.
