Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in construction, inspection, or related field
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using basic technology (email, photos, mobile apps, digital forms)
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
- Visit job sites daily to check progress and quality of work
- Take photos and keep clear notes of field conditions
- Report daily progress, delays, or issues to the project team
- Make sure work matches
plans, specifications, and company standards - Work closely with the project team and share updates
- Help solve problems that come up on-site
- Keep inspection records organized and up to date
- Attend project meetings to provide updates from the field
Physical Requirements:
- Able to walk and stand for long periods on job sites
- Comfortable working outdoors in different conditions
- Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
