Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or a related field
- Strong understanding of construction processes and job site safety practices
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to use basic technology tools such as email, digital forms, and photo documentation
- Organized, self-directed, and able to manage time efficiently
- Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Scope of Work / Responsibilities:
- Availability needed Monday through Friday to align with team operations
- Visit assigned job sites to observe and document construction progress and conditions
- Maintain detailed field notes and take photos for reporting purposes
- Submit daily progress updates, noting any observed issues, delays, or deviations from project plans
- Confirm that work performed aligns with project plans, specifications, and quality expectations
- Communicate findings and updates to the project management team
- Assist in identifying and communicating field-related challenges or potential solutions
- Maintain organized inspection reports and documentation
- Participate in project meetings when requested to share field insights
Physical Expectations:
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, including on uneven terrain
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Occasionally may need to lift or carry up to 25 lbs
